he just thinks that your under power the subs and what kind of wire do you have? whats your fues up front it may be too small in which ur amp is drawing too much current which is casue the fuse to blow edit you dont NEED to run 800 watts rms i mean shit my subs can take 800 to 1000 and up but im sending only 400 to each one and they POUND.Just make sure your not going crazy with the gain

well not really if you watn to move more area your goning to want a more lower tuning then that and if you have a high tuning like 50 hz ur not going to be able to play some low notes ont your system a good daily system would be aroung 38-35 hz well it would reallly depend on how youd like your box waht you could do if you went with aeros is you would all ways switch them out and see what kind of tuning youd like
