    Personally I haven't seen a 35SPL or 40SPL. I was under the assumption that the XS30K was the largest that they produced. Why not just purchase two 30's?

    Just got mine and it looks sweet! can't wait to get it in the truck . Just wondering, but what is the best way to attach the actual circuit board into the mounting bracket so that it doesn't fall out?

    Whoa that is amazing, I would say you definitely changed his life and I'm sure he's super happy. I've always had a ton of respect for you Steve, but now I have even more! It's always nice when you can so something for someone, and you can tell they really appreciate it.

    You're the man, Steve! I think it's pretty awesome that you want to help the guy out. Most people would just go up to him and start laughing at his set up, which would be pretty messed up for someone to do that. Oh and I second the fiberglass enclosure idea. Idk about bass wise, but I figure the dude would be happy with a couple weather resistant coaxials in a cool looking enclosure

    glad it all worked out for you and I've never used the punch eq on any of my RF amps. I haven't heard of many on here that do.

    I set my amp gain with all of the eq settings on zero and I haven't had a problem. It's something that it wouldn't hurt to try. If it doesn't work then oh well, at least you will know and you can cross it off the list of things you tried.

    I like to disconnect my battery when it's not in use, just to make sure just it doesn't get drained.

    you wouldn't need the pcm repgrommed. What vehicle do you have? I've never heard of a Ford vehicle having the ground loop thing like GM vehicles.
