I know this question has been answered in several threads, but I can't find one. What's the SHCA 1/0 OFC current rating for 20ft? I don't have that long of a run, but that will give me a basis

From what I can tell 1/0 can carry about 350 amps for a typical 15ft-20 ft run. The second link has a calculator which is going to be conservative since its for standard 1/0 and not SHCA which is oversized.
(I came to this conclusion based of halving 2/0 capacity so take that with a grain of salt)
looks like 200-350 amp...
