  1. Getting real tired of rolling and sliding to the edge of my rack when I try to sleep, and the barrage of shoes and boots falling off the tops of racks throughout berthing.

      I worked for NOAA back when I was 18 and understand. We did a trip from Miami to Iceland and were in 50+ foot seas. My room was under the galley. Heard crap banging around while trying to sleep.  I would stack pillows behind me and get up close to the bulkhead so I wouldn't roll out of my rack. Everything that could tip over we tipped it before hand but crap still kept falling out of our lockers, the doors would fly open and bang. It was hard to sleep for a few weeks. It was hard to work in the engine room also with the heat and the rolling and pitching. Queeze stomach all the time.
