    most oils nowadays are a synthetic blend to begin with.. unless you buy the REALLY cheap stuff.. going synthetic is perfectly fine... btw as for filters find a car quest.. or advance auto.. wix is the best filter to be had.

    no damage.. you need to make sure the subs are in phase .. if you have one thats 180 out of phase its gonna cancel itself out.. double check all your connections.

    no i meant slipper clutch.. not the clutch on the motor.. the slipper clutch is there to prevent drivetrain damage from shock forces.. if its too loose it wont go anywhere.. btw.. google is your best freind.

    double check the slipper clutch.. if equipped.. first gear might be toast internally.

    you should be able to jump pins on your obd1 port and read the flashing codes.. do a google search on how to check cel codes on your car

    to check for vacuum leaks a can of starting fluid is your best freind..

    if previous fails.. alt could be taking a shit. and the ecu is idiling up the motor trying to get it to charge..

    the fact that its a maxsonics is NOT the problem.. unplug your bass control knob and see if that helps..
