  1. Can you show us a picture of your ground, and did you check the inputs&outputs to make sure there isn't a loose strand of wire bridging a connection?
  2. You've received several answers throughout your multiple posts of this topic. Can we get some of these locked/pruned/consolidated?
  3. I do know that phones will distort at different levels. Unfortunately, I can't say if the dd1 would even pickup a signal due to low voltage on the headphone out, but it's worth a try.
  4. I haven't found too many beers that had either Imperial or Barrel-Aged on them that weren't good.
  5. Actually, it was sarcasm. That's why I linked you directly to West Coast Car Audio's site so you could clearly see that items were in stock and for sale.
  6. That's for attenuation of the tweeter, it allows you to modify the tweeter output in case they at to sharp or making a little. I'd stay with it at 0dB. I feel like you should be hooking the dd1 on the amp output before the crossover when checking for distortion, but I might be wrong.
  7. First off, I'm sure you've seen this already, but I'm linking it just in case... http://www.oldschoolstereo.com/2011/02/not-really-old-school-orion-hcca-275g4.html I feel as long as you have electrical to support two of those amps they should run daily just fine.
  8. You'll find many users here are not Optima fans due to their relatively low performance for the price.
  9. And there you go from the man himself. There is nothing special about the board in those NVX amps.
  10. If you're an experienced builder, and are confident in your box design/building skills as well as you tuning capabilities, then go for it. If you're not all those things, but you have quite a bit of disposable income for recones, go for it. If you don't really have much experience in box design, and you don't have a lot of spare cash, then go for it and post a video in YouTube the first time you play it.
  11. Lol I didn't even notice that. I just saw "Should I buy X or Y?".
  12. #inb4coldwelds That's some serious fucking cable there. One run of that front to back would cover like 95% of the rides on here, and ensure plenty of wiggle room for upgrades.
  13. First off I'm mainly on mobile when I visit the site. Tonight I noticed that when I select New Content, then view some of the updated threads, then go to New Content again, that the topics I just viewed are still listed even though there were not any new posts in them. I used to just pull up the New Content, then open 4-5 threads in new tabs, read through them and close them, then hit New Content again and repeat until I had checked all the new posts/threads I was interested in. Did I accidentally click something and jack up my settings? Can this be undone?
