Sounds like the batt is done. DMM? Might be resting at 11 or so. Take it to your local battery shop and have them put a load on it.

Yah im gonna try to find somewhere that has a good dmm.

If you have an autoparts store around you they usually have a load tester for batteries.
Buy yourself a good dmm, if youre serious about car audio a good dmm is a must have.
