  1. 153.5 I know you were around 151- 152+ area, so with neos, I will just add another DB
  2. to many people think its legal in Holland Not a single state, or country in the WORLD is weed legal Holland they have smoking bars, and police DO patrol them, and once seen smoking, you get fined Only legal in your own home in Holland. Just watched a special on TV about this, and looked it up, its true This may be another reason why the US states wont legalize it. California, or Floirda would be the very first places in the world to have weed legalized in modern times edit: Its illegal all over to some extent, reading up on it again, India looks like the only country where its legalized
  3. Maybe since its not addictive, the government WONT legalize it? hmm I do believe that legalizing weed would help a lot of tax issues, or state funds California, we have this going on the ballot next vote time. Iam voter 5433 I think lol
  4. Dude thats top secret info! Supposed to keep it a secret and charge people for it.. lol Nice and simple. I used to use a blow torch, and had my own lathe that I would spin the PVC on, but never got it perfect I assume on SMD you use a Spanish to English converter? vid was 100% Spanish But it was good though
  5. I recone Kove's all the time, these Kove's anyways pre- RE audio days Trying to boost up power ratings, or just factory recone's? The factory coils in those are pretty weak, but I have quad coils that work great for them, and can get the original Dual 4, single 2ohm coils, or after market D2, D1, D0.5 D3 D4 coils for them
  6. Happy Birthday Scot Get working on that top secret build
  7. This is the Crossfire truck from Autorama right?
  8. Just for shits and giggles, heres the vids The videos just got boring to record, and memory was running out
  9. Yeah man seriously I made a pair of 15s for 99vic here on SMD, and he complained of a problem just like that, so I took the dome off, and wall socketed the subwoofer for 14 mins - yes no joke, 14 mins Ssacket and I watched the solder joint heat up red hot, explode some solder, re solder itself, melt through the epoxy. The subwoofer ended up soldering itself back together it seemed like, I just re epoxied the leads at the coil, re domed it, and used it for myself for a week or so with no issues what so ever If I can get Ssacket in here, I will have him post the video
  10. Ive seen poorly soldered leads under the dust cap that cause that same thing usually aluminum voice coils are a lot harder to do a clean solder than copper so if you were clipping the sub to all hell, yeah you would read a higher impedance due to coil heating
  11. Didnt really know you to much, but you were cool the time I met you, and talks online Happy B day
  12. I actually have this for sale Its a car audio version of the Mk3 http://sacramento.craigslist.org/ele/1850611187.html
  13. I did a bad ass Dayton 15 in a Motor home for my old boss at the speaker shop, 4.5cf small port area port, tuned to 20hz on a 500w Dayton Plate amp Sounded like a damn high end home theater with output like a car- in other words, low and loud
  14. Dayton TitMk3 has used the 12 spoke basket before Fi was ever thought of
  15. ^ I worked for the company that made certain Dayton subs not Dayton But yes, Dayton Mk3 subs are great and the reference line, the other stamped steel models, maybe what your talking about, the lower ones, are kind of weak. But if you could find a Dayton Mk3 15 for $100, your golden
  16. Iam game for one, especially since Iam doing 8" mids in my doors, and 6" mids, and multiple tweetersthe 6" and tweeters will be ran at 6ohms more than likely, while the 8s at 4ohms But this amp is pure sexiness
  17. try 16v! That is so much power for them little 8s, I cant believe they lasted, are they still pounding away? If so, thats the most power I seen any 8s take
  18. I have 2, 1 Okay, just a garage receiver, and then my actual home theater receiver, the Sherwood R-945 only looking about $60+ shipping, but its missing remote, and 1 foot of the 4, and is a classic from 1998 one of the first receivers to have DTS decoding originally $1499 Then I have a Harman Kardom AVR-7000 from 2000 which was originally $2000+ But that one is to high, looking to get about $350 for that alone
  19. yeah was going to say the port is firing in the wrong direction I would do sub passenger side, port firing driver side
  20. haha ^ yeah man I wont say it though I thought it was pretty good, and his dad had me laughing while he just got caught walking by, so he kind of danced
  21. very fast man, I just seen the post Jacob made on Facebook about the 48- 10s with the pic guess that was a older picture.. lol
  22. Bingo James That multi magnet array woofer towards the middle of the thread doesn't look like neo at all, a shit load of ceramic magnets instead The first motor is the Focal and/or MCM branded woofer with the array, and they were still ferrite. I know one company out here doing , thinking of doing a monstrous neo motor for SPL to compete with another big company, but not saying anything about it Cooling is the best part of using arrays, for the magnet, and the coil
  23. Seen this video on my Facebook, a friend posted, and damn... I was going to comment of FB, but was already blocked there If you cant handle seeing half naked pregnant women fighting in parking lots, dont watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6PdyVrHO9g&feature=player_embedded
  24. yall are weak, the burgers don't decompose so that people cant tell if there food is old or not haha jk Well, maybe they pack on extreme factory preservatives ( I know the lady said no preservative's, but not in the burger, but after storing the burger) I was reading up on preservatives, and how bad they are for you, even help make you sterile
