  1. It has a sealed beam bulb, I believe. You would have to find a conversion housing. Not easy, but its possible. If you do get it pm me, and ill see if I can help you out.
  2. Don't trust anything this fool tells you. Haha playing, your in good hands with him.
  3. Girl in white looks Miley Cyrus, in 5 years when disney drops her.
  4. I still stand behind what I say. They arent TRUE midbass drivers look at the specs. Yes they will play midbass freq, but how flat are they going to be? how inefficient? How will the play in IB? They were not mean to extend past the sub bass freq. typical you can find a midbass/mid driver that will extend to 3khz+, which makes the easier to use in a 2 way set up. Which is what the original poster is looking for. So my statement of yes they could be used in a 3 way setup is correct... I wasnt trying to call him wrong. Just stated that the aren't TRUE midbass.
  5. Those arent true midbass, they wont extend to a high enough freq. He would have to run some type of 3 way setup to run those correctly. To Ram. I have the same problem as you. I haven't found anything different that I like better. I dont know which 8" you got, but I am pretty sure they still make the ones you have in the picture, those are the ones I have.
  6. He is looking for mid basses
  7. May I ask why you don't want to use them? I like mine.
  8. You are the man for using a speakon connector. On of the few of us that like them, and use them in car audio.
  9. if you want loud, you might have to go the pro audio route. if done right. it can sound great.
  10. If i had to guess you have the power going into the crossover wrong. Sounds like you have the input into the tweeter's input as if you where going to bi amp.
  11. Also depends on the battery my batteries say on them to charge at 14.7v. But I agree with what your trying to say, some people are getting a little crazy about high voltages. Is 15v the new 14v?
  12. Trying raising your subsonic filter.
  13. whats your budget, and power on tap?
  14. Honestly I think that subs is in a class with some other woofers, with much higher price. What are you looking to have? I think that woofer is worth every penny
  15. I would charge any where from $90-150 depending on car, size of wire, and what not. A rate of $35+ an hour is not uncommon.
  16. I still say one voice coils is wired backwards. disconnect one coil, and see if it gets louder.
  17. Sounds like you have one of the voice coils wired in reverse polarity.
  18. Got any pics? I was gonna do 4 15" but I couldn't get enough room back there to keep the back seats
  19. Yea man if you need any help just let me know, and I look forward to hearing that van down here. I have heard nothing but good things about your setup
  20. 4 18" would fit fine. Are you stuck on 18"s. And what 18"s where you thinking of running.
