  1. I went to a 3 week course and i would recommend that you do what dr. db said. Get an internship at a local shop and learn from them. It was a good course but its hard to justify the cost if you dont have it. Most guys that go there have their job pay for it.
  2. Here you go plenty to pick from: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa=...its&spell=1
  3. I agree with them all don't get it in some cases it will cause more harm than good.
  4. For the mustang it really sounds like your timing is off bad. The belt should have no slag in it but it has to be tighten to specs. Did you replace the timing belt yourself and how did you tighten the tensioner? How old is the belt? when you look at the belt do the teeth look worn. You want to be very careful to get the timing right and make sure the belt is not to worn. If the teeth break you can bend a valve (meaning rebuild). For the sparkplugs check the gaskets that go around the spark plug tube if you have had to take off the head or valve cover they can get loose. As for the van im not to up-to-date on those crate engines but im studying up on them currently for a swap we are doing. Good luck man let us kno what you get.
  5. I went to their seminar and learned alot of good techniques it was only like 3 weeks tho. I dont know about the longer courses tho. It was worth it IMO.

  9. Yeah you probably want to take that to a body shop. If you have never done collision repair before it would be a hard DIY job. They are probably have you fill in some of those scratches if they are that deep. get a couple estimates see what they say.

Originally that term ricer=imports then it got turned into a bad thing. For me i consider a ricer a car with go fast looks but no performance mods to back it up.
