  1. what do you mean by weight issue? I have damp pro on the inside and outside metals with LLP covering most of the outside metal as well
  2. ya probably shipping i would call and see if maybe there is a second skin dealer for austrailia
  3. sound dampening generally gives you more midbass. as would the speaker tweaker with the window up. also if you seal up the door that will help midbass as well
  4. true but i thought they had a contest going that the first few who saw it won something. idk thou i dont see the thread on here so maybe it was on another forum or something
  5. not necessarily they could have used it then cut the scene. but im pretty sure they did use it
  6. overkill is great to prevent platic pieces from rubbing against each other
  7. damp pro is great and will do wonders however if your tracking down an individual rattle its going to depend on what is rattling. What i would recommend personally because ive been in that same situation is Install the system first. If you're doing rewiring then leave whatever you had to take out of the truck out and try to locate the rattle with the system playing and the interior "out". That way once u find it/figure it out u can tackle it use what u need to get rid of it then use the rest evenly on the rest of the truck improving everything (you also should do a 2nd test once u eliminated the first rattle because theres a good chance there will be a second or 3rd or whatever that u didnt hear before) going with the bulk pack of damp pro is a great way to go about it. I would also buy a sheet or 2 of the overkill (not pro). Its cheap and if you run into any plastic rattling that will help. You can also use it on the areas where the trim clips in
  8. the sound deadening will help thermally but not to a huge extent. Heatwave pro is a great product and should help quite a bit but you have to remember that it is not waterproof or water resistant. I would look into where the draft is coming from first and go from there.
  9. then it is the dynamat extreme and you are fine to use it. i wouldnt layer one on top of the other thou (even thou u really shouldn't need to add more than 1 layer to begin with)
  10. ^^^ that comment is retarded and technically the whole point of deadener is to cancel the sound of the metal you are "dampening"
  11. is it black or silver? and no theres no problem mixing deadeners persay
  12. brusing it on is way easier but it looks much much cleaner when its sprayed
  13. lol i dont know if i have 3X what i need but im sure i have more then i need. ah good ol days
  14. dang got me beat by 1-2 years. lol remember the OG damplier pro in the gigantic sheets? that shit was a b to work with but if u had a flat spot one sheet and ur trunk is done
  15. i dont see how a butly deadener like second skin could. asphalt ya but honestly that was never a good deadener to begin with
