    He is well aware of this thread and the one on caraudio.com he replied in that one. I have his phone number, and he refuses to answer when i call. To take him to small claims out here, the fee is in the mid 300's, and its still an option, even though id lose more money. Paypal cant get the funds from the seller, they will not help me. Going through DB Linc is the only option that i have, because i know that he works for Jake. I talked to brian -on the phone and he seemed like a real nice guy, but its been long enough for us all to be able to see the truth.
