Why would you want a 2 channel for subs? Much easier to use Mono amps, is it the wiring? It seems difficult at first but it is extremely easy. But one off the top of my head that could be used is the AP3000d, as it is 2 AP1500's in one case.

It would work but I would do like another 2-3 batterys in the trunk, I am gonna be using 4 shuriken BT80's in the trunk when I do my build, which will be at around 5K total. So you could probably do something like 2 BT100's in the trunk and I think it would works well. I guess its hit and miss, cause my Kumho Ecstas have been good for me for the past 2 years, and I have probably put about 15-20K on them during that time, but once my new box/system go in I am going with some R/F as I wont be able to get to my spare at all.

BandPass has the potential to be louder than ported, but the thing about bandpass is they are a lil harder to design, as they tend to be very picky. So a custom built ported box would probably sound better and louder than a prefab bandpass. And about the box, I would just use .75(3/4)in. MDF and for the Type R's I would give them about 2cu.ft. a sub.
