ive had 4-5 of those cases and i never got around to using them they ended up getting kicked around the shop and my shed til they were too beat up to use and now i have the smd trio and i get to order another case to use lol

the way i have been doing it was start at the bottom freq and go up til you find the high imp and then another high imp then back down in between the 2 high imp the lowest imp will be your box tuning and the imp there will be your rise , if im wrong i will accept it

i have been asking about a revamp on the civic for many years this is gonna be anther one to put in the books

i have the trio as well along with finding the tuning of enclosures i've been using the pink noise setting to locate speakers when i moved my 4ch

i like using my im-sg to find the tuning of any ported or prefab box i can find lol and when i was relocating my mids/highs amp the pink noise setting made super quick work of reconnecting the speakers . and im still just getting into the uses myself

i have the match set now as well dd1,cc1, and now the im-sg very cool indeed

well i got my im-sg ordered up and i know ill be using it on every driver i can get ahold of

he had the mirror moving from the pumpkin alone lol, but im thinking theres a reason he hasnt started on it publicly newsmdsubs

i have sat waiting for this exact moment to arrive and now im ready to see the revival of the civic , there was nothing wrong with it iirc the dam thing really gets down last i saw of it

the code for the imsg dont work , i wanted to see what it is shipped, i know i cant get mine til late jan but thought ide see what i coulda got it for

so has there been any updates to the software? im sure it will be done before i get to buy my own im-sg , i just want to get the hang of the software thats all ,

i set with the disc and then with the usb with no difference in the vol max

ok i DLd the manual and put it on my ipad so ill be able to read it when and where i choose to learn something lol the math looks really intimidating but ill bet once the tool scale and playdoh are in front of me it will come right to me with ease < fingers crossed

hey after reading this thread i have a pioneer and never thought to turn the SLA down and the sound retriever "smh" i re tuned my own setup and its def an improvement

ray , how much fun have you been having with it since you got the im-sg? im surprised you dont have a notebook full of the info from every speaker you come across,im sure ill be checking everything in the vicinity lol
