  1. my stinger voltage gauge kept turning it self up when the bass hit. it happened very slow, throughout a week the voltage would go up from 14 to 15 volts. so i had to set it with my DMM and then epoxy the little knob so it couldn't turn anymore
  2. thats what i was thinking. that is a voltage GAUGE and it is adjustable. it has a little knob under the case which can either raise or lower the sensitivity
  3. if you haven't bought the optima already then i would suggest another company for your batt powermaster, kinetik optimas aren't very good batteries from my experience. they don't last as long as they claim. i only use them because i get them for free
  4. c motor (not f or g but hey its a 9515) http://www.caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/s...ead.php?t=17504 f motor http://stlouis.craigslist.org/ele/1498265586.html basically a tc3000 motor http://www.caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/s...ighlight=tc3000 may not be what your looking for but hope it helps
  5. have you checked CACO? thats where i see most of the 95 series pop up at
  6. i would go with the AQ 2200 and yes it has 0 gauge power/grounds
  7. don't pass those subs up for that price. they should be selling for that price for each one.
  8. GOOOOOO DOGS! haha. i'm a dogs fan but god damn dude. even his friends at the game were like wtf
  9. it looks like they are shredding your box and throwing the guts out like a fucking wood chipper. SICK
  10. i'll argue that. you just said that a single group of guys started putting big rims on cars. actually the rim makers did.
  11. i agree. to many people see the youtube pages and jump on the bandwagon with no idea what they are doing i started out with a 500 watt system. i have worked my way up over the years to 3 and 4k but there is no way i would have attempted them back then without knowing what i know now noobs need to slow down these days EDIT: not calling james or A team noobs btw (they know more than me)
  12. both. too much bass boost can cause clipping, not enough input voltage, bad signal from your source, gains set to high, or any combination of those put together.
  13. think of clipping as massive distortion. it makes ALOT of heat and will toast any sub if you don't know what you are doing. you could blow that sub with 1000 clipped watts easily. so you better be damn sure that those "2500" are clean as hell. you will be probably only see 2200 out of the AQ and i would suggest finding someone with an oscope to set up your amp properly here is somewhat of a guide to give you a better idea http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...?showtopic=4382
  14. three 7k amps at .5 ohms? hope you have TONS UPON TONS of batts and amps
  15. i watched it in IMAX 3D last night. it was pretty good. got to the movie a little late and had to sit in the very front row. i think my brain boiled last night from how intense it was sitting that close. good movie though.
  16. http://www.caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/s...ead.php?t=25303 http://www.db-r.com/sell/store2/index.php?...ath=65_67_69_98 also check out the sundown section jacob is having a holiday sale on the 2000Ds right now $525 shipped for a brand new one
  17. goody gumdrops. there are gonna be some happy people in a few days.
  18. if you were planning to spend 3-4 hundred anyway then the Audioque 2200 at 4 ohms would be great for you since you will have alot of untapped power if you want to upgrade later.
  19. are those going to be made from aluminum or copper? i hope copper since it is a reducer
  20. that website has some pretty neat videos
  21. you are retarded. do you have no logic in your brain at all?
  22. couple questions how many batts do you have? what is each batt reading with the car running and with it off?
