  1. The flex between the windshield and the sunroof is just nuts !!! Nice vids
  2. IIRC its the center contact of the RCA. On some RCA's it doesn't make a good contact.
  3. My power, speaker and RCA cables are all Knu. I'm using the Fleks kable for power and the Karma SS for speaker and RCA's.
  4. Yea, I'm not worried. I spoke with Mathew from Mechman today, went over what I was going to run on them and he said I'd be fine. So I got 4 d925's on the way with free shipping, gotta love Mechman !!! Now I gotta get some more Knu to wire them together.
  5. I'm going to keep a close eye on the voltage, I'm not going to let it go below 12.
  6. Cool, I don't see myself driving around full tilt all day long, so I think I'll go with that. Thanks.
  7. Don't know if you would consider that cheap, but cheaper than dirt has some. http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ItemListing.aspx?catid=544
  8. I'm in the process of installing my system into my 97 Maxima SE. I have 3 Sundown SAX-100.4D amps for the Highs, Mids and Midbass and a Sundown SAX-3000D for the Subs. SAX amps will be run at 4ohm / 4 channel and the SAX at 1ohm. I currently have a DC Power 250amp alternator and a Kinetik HC1800 up front. I have big 3 done in 1/0 and 2 runs of 1/0 run to the trunk for positive. I can fit 4 Powermaster D925's in the spare tire well easily. I want to replace the Kinetik with a Powermaster D2400 as well. Would this be enough to support my electrical needs? I'm not going to compete, just a daily driver. Thanks.
  9. Keep your head up, time will heal those wounds. Whether you stay together or don't, it all gets better with time.
  10. I've never used DC Audio before, but I started with 12's then went to 15's. I loved my 12's, but I loved my 15's too. I guess I just like the way the 15's move more air I guess.
  11. Check with Kyle on the alternator from dc power, you could probably get one close to your budget, then save up for a battery. I got my 250a for a little over your budget.
  12. You could also look into some thinwall short turn nineties. They don't have as long of a sweep in the turn.
  13. Can anyone quote me a price? Thanks
  14. I'm going to try to start the rear deck monday, I've got a great idea for it. If it works out like I want, it'll be cool.
  15. Well, when they say how long till you can start, I still plan on saying 2 weeks, even though I'm not working right now, that will give me more time to get install done, then I just have to install the head unit. I'm trying to get everything else done before then. So its like cramming for the finals right now !!!
  16. Looks like I'm finally going to be rejoining the ranks of the working !! They are Fedex'ing me a form to go get a drug test, then they make me a formal offer !!!! Looks like I'll finally be able to order my Alpine HU
  17. Take some of the left overs and slice it nice and thin and make up some pizzas with that as the topping.
  18. Yea, you can have a bank account or credit card setup in your paypal account. You can choose to have funds taken out of the bank account or from the credit card, you don't have to have any funds in your paypal account. Just make sure you choose the correct source of funds when you process the paypal payment.
  19. One complete 6" Aeroport (17" length) including 2 flares, tube and connecting rings is $38.77 so thats a pretty good price.
