  1. Nice !!! What size aluminum did you use? Not length, but what is the thickness and width?
  2. Yea, sorry. That's the closest I could find on Goodyears website, the next closest size was a couple of inches off. Good luck with resizing the wider one. A nice fresh carpet blade should do it pretty good.
  3. I'm putting runflats on and ditching the spare.
  4. FAIL !!!! Ok, is this thing a joke, or is this their real SWAT vehicle? There is more speakers than weapons in that thing, they would be outgunned just showing up to my house. If my tax dollars were used for that, I'd be showing up to their city offices bitching up a storm. My $.02
  5. The goodyear part number is 4050778 for their 5 rib 77.8" gatorback belt. Amazon had it for $20.14 in stock here: http://www.amazon.com/Goodyear-4050778-Gat...2707&sr=8-1 Hope that helps.
  6. you need to read the instructions on how much hardener to put in. I use polyester resin and for 8oz of resin, I need to use 80 drops of mekp which is the catalyst. It also depends on temperature. Read the sticky in the fiberglass section on this forum, it has a chart on how much mekp to use.
  7. Nice choice in amps, should sound real sweet. Good luck with the build.
  8. Man, those top subs are gonna be a bitch to install. Looking sweet !!!
  9. In audacity, open a file. CTRL-A will select the whole song, then look in the Effect menu and you will see "Change Pitch", "Change Speed" and "Change Tempo". Play with those.
  10. Wow, that sucks man. At least you came out of it ok. Keep your head up. Who knows, you might come out better than before.
  11. Ahhhhhhhh hahahahahahhaha "We're Dead, time is going by really slow"
  12. Yea, I have not seen or used them, just seen that info in a few forums. Supposedly they are not bad, but are just using someone elses name to sell their product. I'll see if I can find of of the posts. Edit: Found it on DIY Mobile Audio... http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/diy-mo...michi-rcas.html
  13. I've read that Nakamichi does not make RCA plugs or cables, the ones that are available are fakes. Buyer beware.
  14. Ahh, ok. Thats good to know for when I finally get my car done, I wanted to find the peak of my car, so a sweep will get me close, but I'll have to pinpoint it by freq after that. Thanks. And back on topic, Nice Results !! I love the analytical way you are doing this.
  15. Could you just run a sweep to see if your peak changed instead of just trying different freqs?
  16. I like the idea of having both. If you just want to look at the build you can, but if you want to make comments you can go to the log. Great idea.
  17. As stated above, twisted pair rejects noise.
  18. I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn.... Anyway, anytime I get a head cold, my sinus' get all fudged up and I can't hear worth a crap. My ears are the last thing to clear up after a cold. Once you get the gunk out, you'll be fine.
  19. It sounds like deep down you are a good guy, chicks will be able to read that. You just need to find your confidence.
