  1. Id mark the ground wires by wrapping black tape over them at maybe 6" increments. Can be useful in the future.
  2. There you go, you can register Friday . Says right towards the top
  3. Nothing is too complex. I want to spread knowledge and make it not so complex anymore
  4. Alrighty ladies and gents. I would like to start doing more How Tos. It seems as though my How To Recone vid is my top vid. So I want to make more How To vids and also follow them up with articles and blogs. So any requests?
  5. Actually I know Greg at RE and he sits at the factory all day building woofers. Just like any woofer company, the small entry level woofers are assembled over seas and the big woofers are assembled here.
  6. It has to be strategic leakage. Not just some random gap. And usually only makes a difference in the higher range of 150s and up.
  7. At the level of 140-150 dB, you will not see a difference or not much anyway with your frameless windows. Things like that dont matter until you get into the mid 150s and up. Best ways to get louder at that level is keep playing with enclosures and adding power.
  8. If you want a single sub. Go with a 15 and the most power you can afford. Sub firing forward in a ported box with port firing up. On $600 you dont have much to choose from for a sub, amp, wire, and upgraded battery. My suggestion is to search for deals on used woofers and amps around the 1000w rms range, get some beefy 4-0awg wire and good connectors.
