    i got 6 or so inches. I have to commute to work about 60 miles. they closed sections of 84 down completely. I didnt even attempt it. 30 mph winds and all kinds of shit.

    1200 per? good luck on that one. if its a true 1200 watts being provided per woofer you wont find any cheap woofer that is going to take it. What are you using for power.

    use the 8 gauge for speaker wire for your subs or someting. If you have to think about it too much it's probably better to be safe than sorry. I think it would be ok but 2 feet of 4 gauge is like 3 bucks.

    level 3s get loud I have a pair in my daily off an aq 1200d. I went with them for the price and hte fact that I could get them in 3 cubes total for the pair. I havent seen many 12s that require a box smaller ported.

    I looked into it. Good luck buddy. lol It wasnt worth the 6 hundo to get a brand new and even used on the fullsize chevy forums they go upwards of 3 and 4 bills.

    what one are you looking for? Im not sure what oen steve has in his tahoe. If its the 03 up console its a grip. like 600 bucks to buy used. They are tough to find because everyone wants one.
