    how are your RCAs being ran you have three inputs needed at your amps Sub amp in front channels in rear channels in you have from the head unit front out rear/sub out im assuming? this is the only thing i can think of. The amp has to be getting a full range signal some how.

    this is a long shot. you dont by any chance have your rcas hooked up wrong do you? like a front to your sub out or anything? you do have three preouts right not using the pass throughs.

    well if you arent tuned to 20 hz the 15 hz setting of your subsonic is going to lead to the death of your woofer if you are playing way undertuning.

    SSF set to 15 hz? are you tuned to 20? thats not your issue here but its an issue. does the voice coming out of the sub match teh vocals coming out of your other speakers.

    half the peak i believe they are 2000 watts rms. i wouldnt run hifonics if you have a 900 dollar budget. much better out there in the 450 price range for both.

    amp to each i guess its my reading comprehension. you are going to be very hard pressed to get two amps in your budget. audiopipe will do it but im not sure the impedence will be right. a crescendo 5500 would do it but not at your impedence.
