what happens when you strap is each amp sees half the load it normally would. .8 would be fine on a single amp but that drops you to .4 strapped. thats why you're amps shut off. Say thanks that the protection kicked in and they didnt smoke

problem solved. I was off by .1 can we chalk that up to the meter

if your final impedence is .8 pohms you are at .4 each amp i believe.

then what is your final ohm load to your amps? do you have them wired series parallel?

well finalyl got around to dropping the truck off to get these done. got the ssbc calipers ssbc cross drilled and slotted rotors and then russell stainless steel braided lines I havent picked it up yet since my wife is slow as hell getting home but I have toyed with it. Pedal pressure is night and day. Absolutely amazed me. Truck has always had a soft pedal with heavy fade. Once the 24s were on it was even worse. I couldnt lock them up if I needed to. Now I dont foresee that being the problem. I'll post a better review once I get some seat time. oh I think they look alittle small though. fuck. sneak preview.

im not sure if you realize how much effort it would take to fix a hail storm damaged car. You really have to replace every body panel or cover it in filler

my stinger ones have an insert for inside them to make them fit....

the lenses arent tinted which is weird. I think its a different color housing. oh well fuck it. Ill replace them too ;.
