  1. The boat has been in the water for a while, not in use. So we pulled it out to re-do the bottom. At the ramp...Not uset to having a boat that will go on a regular trailer lol.
  2. Because people die. lol.....Idk if that's the real reason or not. I just assumed so because a year or two back someone got tramled and died at Walmart.
  3. I use course thread drywall screws (length depends on where I'm using them) usually spaced 6-8 inches apart. It all depends on the cut though. If you use a circle saw, and get a pretty straight cut, but not perfect, they may need to be a lil closer to suck the wood down on the glue....^^And I use Titebond II as well, along with silicone on the inside seems.
  4. Probably a bad idea. Think what'll happen when the top does down.
  5. Turned out great, I can't wait to do something like this soon.
  6. How big is the trunk?
  7. This. What do you use to slow your music, and where do you get it?
  8. Ya, can't wait to get started with it...The whole back will be completely full when I'm done.
  9. Ok, I'm starting my new build pretty soon, probably when the next cold front comes through. But since I took everything out to measure, I needed some low end filler while I'm getting ready to start building, and until im finished...Best temp system ever. Tried facing them back in the back, but they kept sliding off of the little ledge and scaring the shit outa me when I would brake. What a mess. This whole setup aside form the box will be going in my gf's car around when I start my build. We're gonna use the leftover wood from my build to build a 4th order for her. She just wants a little bass till we can get some more money for some better equipment for her. It should be a fun little build though.
  10. Back when I had 4 13w7's, I used 4 of the Slash 1000/1v2's and they did fine on them. So about 1000wrms on one will do you fine.
  11. The bigest mortar shell you can get, and a tv/xbox/vcr/any other houshold applience you wanna get rid of.
  12. Sounds like it'll work. A friend of mine had 4 in about 20 cubes at 33hz subs up port back in a Montero. It got the job done...You may have to play with port placement so you don't choke it.
  13. You could do all 4 up and experiment with port placement. If you have the room.
  14. Like all 4 firing up?...Are you trying to stay below the window line?
  15. Just wall the 4. Having 2 in the trunk with a wall up front would be kinda pointless imo.
  16. Are you wanting just spl, or is it your daily driver. I assume it's going to be a daily driver...What kind of music do you listen to. Personally, I would tune a little lower, 32hz or under...But I love lows.
  17. You could always go subs back, and ports up through the holes where your rear deck speakers are. Then you have it ported through the rear deck without cutting it up.
  18. Not trying to thread jack, but...Where did you get that program?...I used to have it till my computer crashed about 2 weeks ago.
  19. The 18 has more cone area.
  20. The SAZ-3000d is a mono amp. There are 2 positives and negatives for ease of wiring, or strapping. What is the coil configuration? EDIT: ^^Beat me to it.^^
  21. Agreed, I didn't know he was gonna be running that much power.
  22. That's a little small for 2 18s. Is there any way you can get more volume? What car/subs/power?
  23. The amp won't just go off when clipping i don't think. It sounds like you're going into protect.
