  1. You cant beat LMC. I have their catalog and I order alot from it. Just got a new grill, bumber, valance, and side skirts from them.
  2. If its a 98-99 then it will have the style dash that came right before they changed to the 2001-06 style interior. It will have 6.5 in the doors plus a seperate tweeter located mid way in the door. If you can find one for a good price then I would say go for it. I love my 1999 4 door hoe and its still running strong with 147k on it.
  3. Honestly I think its terrible.... now Hollywood Undead has some good stuff
  4. It happens all to often. I had it happen to myself when I was with Bank Of America. Charged me almost $500 in overdraft charges for buying some audio stuff. They said I deposited a "check" when it was actually a stack of $100's. They stuck to their word until I asked them for the check number and the tapes of that day so I can prove to them that it was cash. Some how it magically turned into a cash deposit on their screen. I closed my account that day as well as one guy behind me in line at the teller. My advice is to stay away from Big banks and stick with the small town community type banks. I have been happy with mine ever since I switched.
  5. There will be modifications if you want to put a 2 din headunit in. A lot of bondo work and you will also have to make a mounting bracket for the headunit.
  6. alot of "foul" language but other than that I am sure he will love it! I think the twin autobots were damn hilarious as well as the little pet "rc car"
  7. Yup, just went to the only hertz dealer in the kansas city area and I was blown away at their quality. Might have to try some out next year!
  8. Be sure to check and make sure your ground is nice and secure and free of any paint. Friends amp got so hot that if you were to touch it...basically like touching a stove top. I fixed his ground and it now operates at the right temperature.
  9. The pontiac 305 is what they came stock with. But his wont stay "stock" for long if I know him.
  10. No log yet. I will toss one up here when we get some more work done to it. Right now we are pulling the 350 thats in it out and dropping in the original pontiac motor. His is going to be a N/A drag car and weekend warrior.
  11. Should be nice when its done! What engine do you have in it? Hes doesn't want anything crazy in his bird. Just a good clean sounding system. I will prolly toss in some rockford components up front and some rockford 6x9s in the b pillar.
  12. Buddy of mine has an 89 also and we are in the process of restoring it. I will be in charge of the audio and interior portion! Get some more pics and some vids when you get everything installed buddy!
  13. Very nice cars! I too am not a fan of the rear tailights but other than that its a fun little car. Oh and I like your GP man, looks very good!
  14. Everyone has friends like this. Its either try and educate them or just turn a blind eye to their "know it all" talk
  15. nice install man! and tell me about the parents on fb...lame
  16. I love the bonazas! I wish I still had mine..tear. Haha and sorry to one up you on the 747. It gets my blood pumping just thinking about it! It was an old one that we flew to the "aircraft graveyard" in New Mexico. And I believe you have me beat, you have been skydiving! So you win! edit to above post ^ -- It may seem outrageously to high, but people do pay that kind of money for an aircraft like that. Plus the instrument panels in those are amazing!
  17. Getting your private pilots license is something I urge everyone to do! Even if you have no intentions on buying a plane for personal use. Its an experience you will never forget. I have had the great opportunity of owning my own plane at one time(a beachcraft bonaza) and flying for fun. I even had the lucky chance to fly a 747 which is an adrenaline rush like no other. Having that much weight and power behind your ass is, to say the least, amazing!
  18. for LED lighting, look at www.oznium.com - I have bought all of my interior lighting from there and I can easily say that it is the best quality and the best customer service I have encountered
  19. Comps are hard the first time you do them. But once you get the hang of it, installing them is quite easy and enjoyable.
  20. You scored on a nice place! I wish my "shop" was half that big!
  21. Did this senior year. My business law teacher bet $20 that nobody could stay in walmart for a full 24 hours without leaving. Me and my buddy did it and video taped it. Was very boring after about 2 hours. You can only play the same video game demos a few times before your neck starts hurting. A little piece of advice for him to kill some time, pick as many random artists as you can and listen to them on the cd demo machine. Found alot of great songs and killed a few hours. Best of luck to him!
