  1. Scary seeing that was less than 2 hours from my house... People in this world are getting crazier and crazier...
  2. I think it's Elmers wood glue... And it's orange until it completely dries (which takes at least a day), than it's brown-ish.
  3. It's milk that had the water evaporated from it... And it's not always in a can, it's in bags (Or a bag in a box) too. I work in a grocery store...
  4. If you think that TRANCE is weird, how bout some minimal? This song is a combination of minimal and techno... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ubzEcpIKpU Pure minimal is even more weird... Completely spontanious.
  5. Some of you may know that I am going to get a van, I thought I was going to just wait for the end of the summer... But don't think I can pass this up! This is what I'm looking at buying this weekend, or maybe tonight! It's a 1989 Chevy G20 Conversion van, which I think will do great for what I want! I want a cheap, big van that I can turn into a mobile theater and have a few IB subwoofers! Thinking of getting a few IB18's, or if fi comes out with 22's soon, I'll get those. Here are some pics of the van I'm looking at: (I AM AWARE OF THE UGLY INTERIOR! I was going to upgrade the interior anyways, and one of the first things I'm gona do is sound dampen it... Great excuse to upgrade the interior) ***Damn, Nevermind, Just sold.***
  6. They USED to have the LMS Ultra... Sold out now, I guess.
  7. I used to have a friend who would lie about EVERYTHING. - When I first met him, I had just broken my bike rim, and he said he would buy me a new one... Next day he told me he was "Kidding". - When I used to play WoW, he said that he had a level 70 warrior with full T6 and Season 3 (For those of you who haven't played WoW before, that take a few (2+ at LEAST) YEARS)... I searched his name on the WoW website and he turned out to be a level 5 Shaman. - He once said he just bought a 7.1 2,000 watt custom-made speaker system in his bedroom... The only speakers in his bedroom were the ones in his TV set. - He once said he had 2 quads and 1 gocart in his garage... Garage was full of old furniture. That's not even scratching the surface. The only reason I was his friend though was because his Grandma/Step-Dad/Mom would all pay me to do HIS chores around the house, and I was 14 at the time so I didn't have a job.
  8. How about, seal off the trunk, and get some IB3's? Seeing as he has stock electrical, wont be as power intensive going with 550Watts instead of 2,000 watts, it'll pound, go low, and sound good. Just gotta use a bunch of sound dampening! Or I could just be an idiot and be totally wrong, someone tell me if I am.
  9. If price is of no concern, what's the best-per-inch dampener out there?
  10. Audiopulse still makes drivers? Or are they just getting rid of backstock?
  11. Pioneer makes some pretty good receivers... http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=250-503 As far as the speakers go, try taking a look at the Dayton Classic line-up of drivers at Partsexpress.com. An idea is: 2x Dayton 8" Woofer (2 for Fronts): http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=295-310 7x Dayton 1" Silk Tweeter (2 for Fronts, 1 for center, and 2 for rears): http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=275-070 4x Dayton 5 1/4" Woofer (2 for Center and 2 for rears): http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=295-301 And I'm not sure on what you are looking for in a sub, but the Dayton DVC (non-sheilded) line-up I've heard is pretty good for home theater. May be a little out of your price-range though. 12" http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=295-185 15" http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=295-190 And take a look at the sub amps there too. http://www.parts-express.com/wizards/searc...FTOKEN=35273290
  12. Nah, we didn't think to take any vids of it in the carboard box... Lol, we broke one of the pieces when we were building the box, so we tossed on one of those pieces instead, and the measurments were off so it turned out weird. the excess was cut off though.
  13. Sub placed in corner Thanks Steve for the idea of using bolts as terminals... Vids come at a later date...
  14. Sub is done, all that we need to do is coat it with bed-liner, but we wont do that till a later date, too lazy. Still playing full-range with an old Yamaha Stereo Receiver... Gorilla Glue Applied... Weight added... Maybe this much weight? All or nothing... 2 hours later... Friend Nelson screwing on the bottom piece. Back piece screwed/glued on. Nelson decided to move into his new home... I'm the black one on the right... More pics in a couple seconds...
