oh my fault i just know the basics of wiring idk what certain variables do to affect it but im always learning something new

okay that one sub is wired to 1 ohm so im assuming theyre wired in series which would bring it down to .5 ohm

oh okay well those ports do look small and if thyre not wired to .5 ohm then idk the only thing i can think of is that the shop hooked up only 1 vc on each sub lets get some more pics to work with and i live in shively louisville if youre ever over this way hit me up man i love to actually see local audio guys

where at do you live in louisville i could give it a peek im a youngin only 17 but believe it or not a no good amount plus a demos always appreciatedand are they dual 1s or dual 2s wired to 1 ohm

there are aftermarket filters you can find specifically for that truck that already have one or you can buy a kit with a new one and its just drill a hole and put it in and hook it up

stay with the wall its way more badass and plus youre gunna loose that space anyways with the box just give out your measure ments and someone will designh you a box there are some xtremely smart people on here with google sketchup:P

yeahh i was the same way 250 bucks for something cus u can touch it to play when i can get a sansa for 50 but my bro bought one and now im addicted aha oh and btw for headphones you can get sme skullcandys for cheap at fye by me idk what is around you and put on the bass boost and be good or radious makes a pair call atomic bass that kill skull candy on bass and they have amazing quality thyre around 30-40 just as good as the 80 buck ones you mentioned at least just not a popular name kinda like fi or something there not mainstream lol

i hooked my lightning audio 10 in a small truck box to my friends 1000 watt hifonics amp and it slammed harder than his 2 alpine tyoe r 12s but the type arrgghhss were being underpowered so i cant judge too much im just giving a comparison

some guy local is looking for someone to put in an alarm speakers and subs and amps ive done it all except the alarm how difficult is an alarm to install i mean is it something you would recommend doing for your first time on someone elses car and also how much would you charge for each speaker install sub/amp install alarm install if you think i should btw its an lcd alarm if tht helps
