    SAZ will be easier on electrical... and if you dno what you're doin as far as box building...i wouldnt put either one of those full power on a BTL. unless you plan on only runnin 2k either way. then i'd get whatever is cheaper

    ugh...i get so tired reading your posts that i usually dont read them all. just one big paragraph. abbreviations are your friend however, doing the big 3, yes you do. you want to fuse the wire with a fuse as big as the amp rating on your alt. my 200 amp alt has a 200 amp fuse in the wire for example

    lol i was gonna say that. doin 3400 INSTEAD of 3000 i love my sundown amps. never owned any as long as i've owned my pair. i dno about orion, but i'd definitely rock sundown over hifonics

    i had to take it off once to reapply, and i wet sanded with a medium-fine sanding block. didnt scuff up the light, and some elbow grease made em look stock again.

    yeah i didnt disconnect it. thanks for the heads up tho i'll make sure to not do it in case i'm in a similar scenario. i replaced it with another alt that's slightly stronger than my stock alt till i get it repaired or replaced. i started it and it went down from 12.2 to 11.8 BUT i applied for a second job today so that'll help with my income for extra goodies
