Basically, he claimed to not get the item, which is true(I think), so he gets his money back. Now if he receives it, he should report that and either send it back or resend the money. If he doesn't do that, there will be federal consequences as he is an American citizen. He is saying I am a scammer when it is merely a case of lost mail. As for the package, USPS is trying to find it, should've got the insurance.

He has won the Paypal case and then today sent me an email saying he is reporting me to the "Military Internet Complaint Agency" or some shit like that. I don't think anything like that exists, does it? He also claims to be a dear friend of Steve's and I should expect to be banned from the site, as he was at Steve's house yesterday and told him all about how "I utilize his site for fraudulent sales", adamrali's quote. He could be telling the truth about knowing Steve, who knows, but I have never scammed anybody.

Paypal has decided to refund this guys money. I got no problem with that except that they gave him a full refund after I had sent him $10 already when I found cheaper shipping. So after giving me this headache, this fucker made 10 bucks. I have sent an email to him and Paypal about that, but we'll see. The package still has not been tracked down, hopefully it gets found at his house and the Feds drop the hammer. That is all.

That amp is done. Why a 3100? XS 975 or 1200 will be plenty for 1000 watts and that will save you money for a better amp.

So its up to Paypal now. We each made a statement and now they take all the evidence and decide. He's been asking for proof of mailing, so I sent him the USPS Investigation number and this is the response I get. That still does not help me as you have provided no estimated timeline for the investigation. Once again, this has nothing to do with me as far as the investigation goes and I am being inconvenienced. As far as the Paypal fees goes, that is not my responsibility and as such I should not have to pay it. I paid the $110 and was refunded the $10 so I am owed $100. Anything that you decide to withhold further is blatant theft and will be considered as such. I am leaving this up to Paypal to resolve as I am curious to see what happens come June 4th when they try to use the tracking number you provided and it still shows as invalid. I will not be corresponding further as your attempt to withhold more money (Paypal fees) just shows the type of thieving character you have. Neither, but the postal worker said I could track it with the US Customs number, wrong, I cannot. So the way i claimed it, they start where I mailed it from and check each and every postal facility between me and him on the route a package would take to get there. It could take a while. I would have never shipped it if I had known I can't track using the Customs barcode. It'll get tracked though, eventually.

So even though I offered him a refund after the package is located, he upgraded the dispute to a claim. I've already responded and now I just wait for Paypals decision. I hope they really consider all the evidence and correspondence between the two of us throughout this whole ordeal. Has anybody else ever had a paypal claim against them?

That what Im thinking, just refund him and then hope USPS finds the parcel... At his house LOL.

Update. I filed a lost/stolen claim with the post office this morning, being international, it could take time but they should find it or determine it lost or even delivered. I also released the money to Paypal for the refund,just to stay in good standing with them, but Mr Ali won't receive it until the USPS investigation is complete. For all I know, he's got it already. He'll be refunded when my box is 'return to sender' status or determined lost. Fuck international selling, way too much headache for $100.
