  1. I say one chamber, add the amps, and measure how much space you have (h,d,w) so we can help design the box.
  2. Reset the gain on your sub-amp. It could be the new h/u has a different preout voltage. EDIT: Damn cqtama ninja. I've got it 3 times thiss week.
  3. If all you did was swap headunits, could be the eq settings on the deck.
  4. They will be okay on 1000 each. Just make sure the power is clean. Set the gains with an o-scope and NO bass boost.
  5. Shoot for 8-10 cubic ft after displacements. Also, I think those subs would like some more power, they are 750 rms and can probably handle twice that safely. You are maybe showing them 500 watts each.
  6. Just notice your air space. 1.6 for a 12 is small. Build a new box with one common chamber and one big port.
  7. Alot of the SUV guys will tell you subs up port back is the way to go. You got picks of your current setup.
  8. When I was young and dumb, I got a DWI at 16. Now, it just doesn't make sense. There are many options getting home after a night of partying. Thank god I didn't kill anyone back then.
  9. You gotta call or PM Rusty for pricing. Also the DC website has a list of dealers by state.
  10. When I saw this in the random picture post, I thought it should have its own place. Funny as fawk.
  11. You got timing issues. Thats why theres no no power, and the knock is probably the valves staying open and the pistons hitting them. Get the timing right or you'll be buying new heads on a car thats probably not worth it. EDIT: There could be valve or piston damage already, too, causing power loss.
  12. Nice score. I would love to get a little car like that to play with.
  13. Hey Kranny, when you gonna change the gay-ass avitar?
  14. If your talking round ports, use Torres calculator. If they are flared, I find the desired freq, and add an inch for the flares. Also, two 6" ports is probably not enough area for a box that big. I got three 6" aeros in a 13 cube box.
  15. Heres the dyno sheet You got to hear this thing in person, sounds like fucking race car.
  16. Thanks Twistid. Muffler delete and a real dyno tune are next are going to put me at around 310 rwhp. The tune runs 120 euro an hour, and takes a bout 3 hours, ouch.
  17. Did a pull just to see where we are starting with the tuning. 280rwhp, 325 flywheel hp, and 327 ft lbs torque. Note, this machine takes into account the vehicles drag coeffecient, so the numbers are a little lower than you might see on other dyno's. Only mod is a catless racing x-pipe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTwreWbgh7U
  18. Do it yourself, man. Get yourself a manual, a helper or two, tools and a case of beer. Go to town.
  19. You don't have to print the label from ebay. You can print one from the USPS website or better yet hand carry the item to the post office.
  20. Whats the shipping weight? I might take all of them if you can ship them to an APO via USPS. Could be against the rules APO shipping rules though.
  21. How about 4800-5200 watts for the same price you can get 7000-9000 from other lesser known/used brands,,, overpriced.
  22. OK, a stock 4.6 Ford can handle 11PSI. Don't know how much the new 5.0 can take.
