I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM A FEW MONTHS AGO.MY PROBLEM WAS THAT I CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND I DIDN'T LEAVE MY OLD EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ACCOUNT.IF THIS IS WHAT YOU DID JUST ADD YOUR OLD EMAIL ADDRESS BACK TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.AND THERE PAYMENT SHOULD MAGICAL APPEAR.THATS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME.HOPE THAT HELPS
