You could get 4 CVR 12's off ebay BNIB a lil over $300. I run that setup off 1200watts+rms and I'm happy with it.

I've never been in the civic, but its REALLY hard NOT to make that kinda face in the Hoe. The WIND/Air movement is pretty crazy, prolly only rivaled by ASSMAN/Randy w/ his 20-15's (or whatever) but the air just rushes around you and CRAZY PRESSURE in ur ears. I REALLY need to sit in the there and hear it in SQ/RTA mode, but until then 18's are just too RAW for me, I'll stick to 12's. Isn't that the 1st "in motion" vid of the civic? windshield flex is NUTS from the inside perspective. Nice stuff as always, makes me wanna ditch my back seats hehe.

The person designing the system. Audio Control calls/called them "Product Match Specialists"...PMS...hahahahaa. As in matching the components that will be used, with each other, the vehicle/area to house the system, limitations of the electrical & structural integrity of the vehicle, etc. We've ALL seen GOOD product go very bad, and BAD or SUB PAR products do AMAZING things. The brain behind the "products" is most important IMO.

I talked to my bro and he wants me to move his 2 12" spl5000's if I can. I told em I'd give you guys first crack at em at "his lowest price" $500+shipping. That's just $250 each and they weigh about 75lbs each. Local pickup encouraged BNIB never seen power just been sittin in my hallway takin up space. They sposed to be 5000watts max each and move a good 3" peak to peak. I've never had enough power to run em or time to do a proper build for em. If anyone's interested I can take/post pics.

NIETHER. At first, you want a nice large piece of material that is stretchy and absorbant like T-shirt material or similar bed sheets or FLEECE. You should make your "skeleton" out of wood (your 3/4" MDF mounting rings and anything you need to mount/position/secure them in place) and stretch your fleece/material over that skeleton. Make sure that material is tacked in place either with glue/hot glue, or staples along the edges. Paint that material thoroughly with resin and let it harden. Repeat that process a few times and if you want to make it easier on yourself, add fiberglass from the "back" or inside of that structure. If you look at GP's stuff he's good enough to reinforce it from the front too but the more you add to the front, generally the more "gross" or "un-uniform" the front will get and the more sanding you will ultimately have to do to get it nice/perfect. The easiest thing is, once you have the material stretched and painted with resin, and it has the nice "pretty clean surface" that you want, reinforce it from inside or the back side if it's accessable and then "skin" the front side w/ a few coats of body filler or other surfacing material that will be easier to sand smooth. (most will say Rage gold/extreme sand the easiest) Let the inside be ugly since no one will see it or make it only as nice as it NEEDS to be if you plan on having any plexi windows and let the inside be seen. Spend your time sanding the outside as nice as you have patience for. STUDY the F-Glass section in particular GP's section,EpicenterDesigns, and BaggedBirds work.

Yes indeed. Makes me wish I could upload off my cam/Phone. I have the video of my bro hittin an older monitor w/ his 12ga shootin 00 buck and it shattered the glass (which turned out to be ridiculously thick) and the pellets bounced off or went into the shell/plastic case but didin't exit the back end. pretty crazy how "bullet proof" those things are.

Amen Brotha. PG/FOSGATE/kenwood/O.G. soundstream have all served me well. I run what is affordable and reliable. I currelty own 7 PG amps (3 T1200.1's & 4 T600.4's) and am gunnin for 1 more T1200.1 Agreed. I seen 2 Brutus 1606's take shits. One killed 2 type R 10's. The other is slowly killing 4 CVX 10's.

I'mma a scrawny lil dude maself so all them numbers are what I dream of... 5'5'' (in shoes) However, as of 2 yrs ago, I weighed 128lbs, and I repped 185 (3 sets of and maxed 215 (1 time free weight, but on more than 1 occasion) That's the best shape I've ever been in. Took some time off to "get fat" and now I'm back on track trying to reach 220+max. I have totally been thinkin bout starting a "who is a gym addict" thread, so maybe this will be the one.
