Didn't watch the vid but can you use this to "clamp" power by using the impedance function? Does it measure Ac voltage and amperage as well? The other functions are great!

Apparently they had to discontinue the SMD version alts you have because a supplier does not produce the same type of metal that they used in that version. I forget exactly what the metal went to. Therefore they are making the new SMD version. Which looks very badass! I'm just worried about getting a pair of 340s and wishing I had just upgraded to the 370s.

All the Mechman guys are very helpful. Is the 370a $100 more than the 340a alts you have out now? Interested!

How do the 340a phase 6's compare to the 370a SMD's besides the obvious 30a gain? Beefier components? More power at idle?

Yea it's different from the "original" like AMI's though. Don't think it's ready for full production yet either. However that unit looks awesome!
