I pretty much raped my brutus 1200 with my second battery. When I first installed my second battery behind my back seat it wasnt secured correctly and I ended up pulling the positive wire out of the ring terminal while having some fun in the snow last winter. So the battery was not being charged while playing the system 800w on the subs and 140w to the mids and highs. The amps eventually shut off and I thought I fucked both amps. Hook the wire back and tossed the batt on the charger and was good to go, still running the amps no problems. The battery was an spv70 and I ran the system off just one battery for like a week and a half to two weeks.

eclipse makes one that about 500 bucks, no internal amp just 8v pre amps. Pioneers new top of line one doesnt have an internal amp either but thats expensive as FACKKK

i had my run from alt to batt slip off of where it was supposed to be and rest on a heat sheild of my exhaust burned through half the wire and i didnt have and problems other than the sparks. scary shit

18 senior in HS i gradumatate rather soon. My plans are lineman school in sept. For those that dont know lineman fix power lines and do other things like that. 4 months of schooling guaranteed a job starting pay is roughly 45k. I plan to live at home for a little while after that, one year MAX just to get everything paid off and stash some money. Then move out get a decent 1-2 bedroom apartment.
