I have three different amps in my trunk and I am wondering if it is ok to connect the remote turn on wire to one amp, then add another wire coming from that same remote terminal to the next amp and another one to the last amp? Sorry if what I am asking is confusing. I will add a little pic that I drew to kind of explain what I am asking better.

there was a thread on that "walmart" pioneer you're speaking of. apparently its made with very low quality parts and probably designed by their C-team. Idk, she's never had a problem with it. Been a year or so. I was just happy that I could put the Ipod cable through the glove box with it. I hate the ones with the usb on the front. Ha usb on the front comes in handy when you got a flash drive tho. i want one that does usb. doesnt have to be front but it is very handy. Yea thats very true if your using flash drives. Were loyal to our Ipod's though lol. Apple has got their claws deep in us. Ha

Second Skin OR Dynamat
ryderonthestorm replied to tsuch20's topic in Second Skin Sound Deadening and Automotive Insulation!
I love Dynamat extreme and have had excellent results using it. But I am probably gonna try Second Skin next time I need sound dampening. Just because of all the positive reviews I have read on here. -

DC Level 5 My first 18"

Should really step up to 0 Gauge power wire. And big 3 is definitely needed. -
What the hell are you on about? Quite a lot of your advice is quite dodgy. I agree that upgraded speakers will sound better than stock 99% of the time, and having those speakers on a external amp will sound even better, but what do you mean by 'tweeters by themselves'? Like, on their own amp, or just tweeters and no mids? If it is the first one, it will work well if you know what you are doing. If it is the second one, it will sound like shit. You can't just say "yes, chuck that 500 watt sub on a 700 watt amp" it depends on many things, the sub, the quality of the signal, the box, etc. etc. You need to know what sub he wants to run first, but yes, having a more powerful amp than the speaker/sub needs will make clipping less likely as there is more headroom. And hell no, that is not how you set gains . I don't mean to be a dick, but some of this advice isn't the best. This^^^

WTB: 4 12'' subs that handle about 500 rms each
ryderonthestorm replied to eder69's topic in Want To Buy
You might have to go with a sealed setup to fit 4 12's in that trunk. Or as was stated before 2 12's or 1 15. For $600 you could get some badass subs or sub in there. DC, Fi, etc... -
Audiopipe1500 Must Go!!
ryderonthestorm replied to Robert8252's topic in For Sale: Car audio related equipment only
This is a fair price. Cheapest I saw was 145.00 and that was without shipping. I would take it if I had the money. -

True, very true. Well, to be 100% honest, I'm not familiar with set-ups and such. So what do I do? Go to my local stereo shop and ask them to make me a box? Tuned to what? How big? Etc. Etc. Like, I need help with that, and I don't know what to do. I've seen the big 3 tutorial, and I've seen all of that, but I feel like I'm going to mess up, or do it wrong. So, should I just get someone to do it? I know people on here can make me a box for a great price, but I can't do that, due to me using my brothers credit card and he doesn't want me to use it on stuff like that. You just gotta jump in there and do it bro. The only way you learn is by doing it. And if you fuck up, try it again lol. Just keep doing your research online. Pretty much everything I have learned I learned from this site and youtube and by trial and error. -
