i was working on an 07 silverado tuesday that idled at 15.2 volts. maybe they're running new cars at higher voltage for better efficiency.

Don't get the klmx. That's cca. I realize its much cheaper then the fleks but you get what you pay for. Buy the fleks cable. Its ofc so it will flow the amperage your gonna be pulling with that much power. Good luck with the build man. Gonna be loud!

How are you planning on mounting this? I have a hard time with my t-nuts grabbing mdf. Its too hard or something so half the time they don't bite in and its a nightmare to get the woofer out after. Or a thought I just had was to mount the tee nut and then run a bolt from the backside so that you lay the woofer over the studs then put a nut on the stud sticking out. Might look funny. But if you lock the bolt against the t nut like double nutting I think this would work. Hell I might try it next time my subs are out

I'm not sure if you've considered this but you could put on a cap and pull out the back window instead of cutting out the bed.

Ya I think the 4 12s would be best if your doing a blowthrough. I'm not sure how well the 15s would fit in that truck. But like chapo says 90% install 10% equipment

After you finish your bottom just lay it on the rest of your box made of mdf and just fiberglass them together. it should bond the two and be really strong. i wasnt sure how that would work my first time but it worked lol

odds are the screw holes are stripped. fill the old ones with glue and drill more. maybe put a 1x1 against that edge to screw into. its probably just flexing too much so more bracing would prolly help

just get 4000k or 6000k hids. the 6000ks have some blue. the 4000s are almost pure white

I think its a good idea. Suede is sick. But get your windshield tinted with 50% otherwise the uv rays are going to make it fade really bad and feel rough.

Do you have any blank outs on the dash? I mount lots of bass knobs there because its a cheap piece to replace. If you drill that console your going to have a big ugly hole when you go to sell it.

the only problem with the genesis is that its a hyundai lol all jokes aside though. the genesis is really the only impressive car to leave a hyundai plant. and i doubt thats what steves looking for anyway. id love to see you get the v steve. im sure you would have a subtle but sweet setup in it
