  3. Nice man! So is that system usually in the burban and you just put the sub in the geo for fun? Or potential build?
  4. Those batteries seem kinda heavy. Are most that size 120+ pounds? I have an hc2000 and it weighs maybe 60-65 pounds and its 104ah. So why almost double weight for an extra 20 ah?
  5. Looks badass man. I love me some big kicker builds haha I'm jealous of that amp too. I bet a 3000 would rock my 15" l7s
  6. As far as I know they're all good still. The only problem was the glue didn't hold and in like a week they fell. So he taped them up. I've used the underglow tubes from ledglow.com it was $40 I believe and it was a great kit. Got two 15" tubes and two 10" tubes. Comes with a control box that let's you set flash to music and stuff. Kinda cheesy but worked great
  7. I have a buddy who used these in his mustang to light his trunk and front floor. They work pretty good but the glue sucked on them. He ended up taping/zip tying them in place. But for a dollar even if they suck its just a buck. Good luck man
  8. thats what i was thinkin too haha thats a hell of a lot of money. but i guess if it saves you one sub then its pretty much paid for itself.
  9. i just watched steves vid. is there anything that man cant do?? haha but where can you pick up one of those at? i know the shop i work at doesnt have one. so i wanna buy one for me cant you set gains with a VOM too?
  10. It doesn't bother me getting called out on my errors. Mlstrass made a good point. But I was right with what I said I just worded it wrong
  11. All I was saying is that a ported box will hit lower frequencys. My bad that I didn't make that clear. I realize my mistake there.
  12. You could add the other two just put them in a seperate chamber/ box. If you had enough power to them you would notice a difference
  13. I did read lol. I just got confused. But ya 22" lvl5s would be badass
  14. So wait. Its level 5 guts you just sent him the frame from some other 22" and he made a cone and such to fit? If so that's badass man.
  15. cant you wire any amps us as master/slave as long as they have input and output rcas?
  16. One main amp and the rest hooked up as slave amps? That would maintain the bass knob level input
  17. ive got a few buddies with the V1. most have used others but they always say V1s are the best. i say go for it man. even if it only saves you one ticket its paid itself off
  18. im thinking of going the textured paint route or the tan vinyl if i can find it. i want to eventually make my seats leather and having it all match would look badass. whats that flake stuff that some of you guys use? is that the texture paint your talking about? cuz im picturing truck bed lineer
  19. well the nightshade handles more power and has more excursion. yes the cone area is what moves the air but so is the excursion i believe. correct me if im wrong guys
