Start simple. You dont absolutely have to power your mids and highs with an amp. Invest that money into a better sub/mono amp/enclosure instead. I only agree with this if the bass does not overpower the highs. Absolutely.

I could make 2 group 31s and a group 34 on a DC power 270sp drop to 13's with 2 aq2200s at 2 ohms strapped. He'll need more then you're suggesting. All brand names aside. This ill need to see. Single iraggi 300, yellowtop under the hood, D3100 in the back, one RF T4000, one kicker 250.2 with big 3 and 2 runs of 0, never below 14volts at full tilt. It was when I upgraded my two championships to four championships. I clamped that T4000 at 4308. I know it can be done. look around 1:48 .. and this wasn't the worst song for this system i could see 13.3 at times.now. you don't wanna know what i see now that i have those 2 aq2200's strapped at 1 ohm (1/2 ohm per amp) This is your first build not the rebuild, correct?

I think if the humidity and condensation are that bad you have more than a box to worry about! Dont sweat it every foreign car shipped to America arrives nice and dry. I know this because I watch them get loaded onto our trains all the time.
