Question for cops/criminal justice people (Rolex!). Just getting opinions, would it be worth it to go for a BA in CJ or just stick with my AA?

What I've heard is depends on you. AA opens doors, but BA opens up those hard to reach places. Depends if you want to reach those places. Just from what I've heard though.

BA gives you a pay raise in many departments, and corrections jobs. BA is also pretty much a requirement if you want to eventually promote. (Speaking for California, could differ elsewhere)
