The number just indicates the number of clicks to max. By this I mean it doesn't matter if it says 1-10 or 1-3000. The only difference is the amount of change in volume per click. You have a finer adjustment if it goes to 62, compared to 1-30. Make sense?

Like Hugh said... Ash is popular in higher quality electric guitar bodies because it sounds nice. Hickory is super strong. Most drumsticks are made of hickory. I think it would be cool, but expensive. So if you've got the hookup, I say do it.

^That is beautiful. Like they said, it's about heat and not using to much of it. You have to wick solder into the wire then let it cool enough to form a little plug so that the next push of solder will go on top of it rather than just filling up the whole cable. It takes a little practice before anyone is a pro at it.

Hey guys, I just got my second setup put together a couple weeks ago, and I'm already thinking I need more. My question for you guys is: How long does it take for you to get tired of a system or build. I mean, to get bored or lose enthusiasm for it, or to reach the point where you are no longer impressed. I feel like I've already reached that point, and it's only been a couple weeks.

Don't buy animals via mail-order. They generally are from puppy mills, which are disgustingly inhumane. Animals from mills generally have behavioral, mental issues as well. Considering the pup is young, he will easily be trained and conditioned out of his overeating habits. Give him the recommended amount of food and don't let him eat things he isn't supposed to. Buy animals from local shelters.

I bought the gold plated version of the dayton terminals you posted. They're great quality. I was gonna do straight hardware, but changed my mind last minute. So far I'm happy with them. No complaints.
