Thanks! I wish the flex picked up a little more, and the second skin really helped the trunk! -

Yeah you can give the type r's 100 over rated. Pretty much any sub can take 100 over rated.

I do about 16 per cube, 1.5 cubes of space, works phenomenal so far. Gets loud and hammers the lows. -
congrats to team dc

Guarantee at least one of those morons has his subs facing the top of the trunk because 1: They don't understand box physics 2: Rattle sounds good to them. -
Oh that's just because my port uses 2 common walls instead of 3 like a standard slot port. This is a square port, no problems with air flow, the only thing that might happen is a inefficiency of air on the side. But that little space can be sacrificed, I really only need 1.5 cubes especially when I run more powa!

It would of been blocked in the car because the wheel wells. By moving it in like this, it will flow unrestricted. And it was pretty easy, I just used torres calulator and calculated with 2 sides as common walls and got 26 as the length. Use that and a bend, and bam I have it to where the sub will sit flush on the left with the port on the right. Amp will be mounted on top in a custom amp rack whenever I get my new one.

Day 2: Circle drawn for the invert: New drill dad decided we should get, only $50 at sears, 18.0v! 20 sq in of port, 26 inches long, before straightening: After straightening, 5 inches all the way through: Painted black, wet sanded with 2000 grit, smooth as fawk! Sub test fitting, fits in the hole perfect, no surround rubbing: Shot of the 12" after a couple months on 1600 watts in a 1.3ish cube box, as you can see no damage whatsoever: New box is looking good, 1.9 cubes overall, 1.6 cubes overall. More pics if I get anything done later.
