lol...idk if you heard of the shop but its pure pressure audio in gainesville florida. they have a van that does 160s i believe...idk if he carries crescendo but I knew what I was talking about. the guy said they are practically the same as the btl and some1 from fi builds them for him. I can't remember what the few differences were tho.

I was dropping my door panels off at a shop and we started talking about some subs. the shop has their own subs. I guess they are practically the same as a btl apparently. I kept talking to the guy and he helped me decide on getting a pair and pairing them up with 2 cresendo 3ks. 1 for each sub. I really want to move as much air as possible but also want to hit 150. do you guys think I can get a hairtrick and a 150 with a box 12 cubes after displacement and bracing tuned to 32 hz? the subs specs are the same as the btl's I believe

yes I plan on using them for my doors...Ill give it a shot..and Ill let you guys know.

I was on another forum and they are telling me to go with crescendo 4 ch. I haven't heard lots about them so Im just wondering if any1 have seen what these amps can do and if they do more or less than rated.

Thanks for the link. Helps a lot. I know that 1/2 an ohm is tougher on the electrical. I don't completely understand what you mean by saying not running at .5 ohms though b/c I don't have a clue what I'm doing. Does that correlate to tuning it with a oscilloscope? The way I look at it is I want to learn how to do this shit... might as well give it a shot. if I destroy equipment I'll suffer but at least I'll learn from my mistakes.

I haven't purchased the amp yet. probably get it next payday. anyways I would like to run .5 ohm. I know Im not the smartest when it comes to this obviously. I can figure out how to do the shit just need some instruction. I don't plan on having a shop do it considering they want lots of $.

im not really sure the ohm load. but I plan on 2 subs.. if I were to get 2 alts would I need 2-3 bats still?

Im about to purchase a refurb sz3500 and a kicker 850.4 and have no idea what I need for my electrical. could I get some help? and I may run a small 300 watt amp also..

I was wondering if any1 has a pair of xl 18's and if they have ever hit a 150. I can't decide between xl 18s or lvl 5's. if I can hit a 150 on a pair of xls then Ill do that. probably on 3k or so.

lucky the tires didn't come off the bead...a few weeks ago I got sideways and nearly hit and tree and fence while leaving a party. both left tires came off the rim. spent the rest of the night finding some1 to pick me up so I could pop the tires back on and go home...
