You're going to need more port area. Look at the port area range and your port area should be around 12-16 sq in per cube.

I would use one single 4" round port. It would give you around 12sq inch of port. On round ports I use between 9 and 12 sq in of port. -
Rockford fosgate t4000 DD Audio M4a Sundown audio 4500 Dc 5k These are some good amps that should work for you. But make sure you have the juice to power these amps.

Use a multimeter and check your battery voltage. -

No get the dual 2. And wire it parallel, it will give you a 1 ohm load. -

If you messes with the shifter when you finally got your car to turn on it might be the neutral safety switch.
