    Maybe a Chevy s10 if youre buying used. Those have a whole lot of aftermarket support and im a GM guy.

    Are you saying a SPL XL should be ouder than a regular XL if in optimum boxes with no variables? isnt it safer to get normal subs for daily? Ive read that bigger subs (of the same level/model) have a lower FS, like you said. a stock 10 has a fs of 33hz and the 15 is 25 hz. I doubt I would notice THAT much of a difference.
