  1. I bet you envy him for possibly getting the AQ90x4 I agree though..more clean, true power for less money
  2. I could pick it up for you..lulz I hope you like it
  3. I agree. They'll love the power (in the right box)
  4. I bought 14ft of 3/0 Wire and 14 ft 1/0 wire from Adam. He shipped it when he said and was very easy to contact. When I received the package, the wire was just as he described (no cuts and minimal scuffs.) It was very nice doing business with you..thanks
  5. x2..I have these and dont have any complaints
  6. I thought the same thing. I thought it wouldve been a downgrade from the 2 Sundownz. Maybe the "OPTI" series is different
  7. Sounds good. You're welcome.
  8. Sounds good. You're welcome.
  9. Clarity- An amp generally has better crossover (explain what a crossover is) You usually get more power out of an amp. A typical Headunit puts out around 18 watts rms at 4 ohms and some amps put out near 200 watts rms (explain what ohms are and what rms are) Explain clipping Lows- Multi channels can still play low notes, but they generally aren't tuned to play them because mids and highs can't play under 40hz. Multi channel amps are used for mids and highs Mono amps are used for subwoofers. Electrical-Mono amps are generally more efficient (around 70% efficiency) than multi channels (around 55%) Some amps need upgraded electrical (big three, ho alternators, batteries)
  10. I'll work on this. Give me a few mins though (so my list is organized)
  11. Can you rephrase the question. I understand that there are 3 topics in the body paragraph, but you found the characteristics for them. What useful info do you need? Do you want to know how the amps are different?
  12. I agree with all of that I'm obviously not the OP, but still want to thank you. Youre now on my list of "favorite mods" lol
  13. I agree with EVERYTHING you said. If subs, amps, or batteries have close enough specs, then they should be kept open. If one product is obviously better than the other (Kicker CVR vs AA Havoc), it should be locked. Recently in subwoofer comparison threads, people have been naming power (amps), enclosure size, tuning, and goal. Imo, if threads contain that and if subs are similar, they shouldn't be locked
  14. They're backordered for about 4 months
  15. Definitely not stock. You'd have to be careful with the Qs, but I have no doubt that a BL fully loaded couldn't handle ~1250wrms. Of course the box couldn't be huge.
  16. DC level 4s with lvl 5 coils and extra spider, upgraded Fi Q, upgraded Fi BL, or Ascendant Audio Havoc. You'd need atleast 22 cubes. Is recommend about 24 cubic feet though. Space shouldn't be a problem
  17. The AQ is RATED at more output, but of course its under rated. I know that you're ignoring price, but still go for the cheaper one. There won't be much of an audible difference
  18. Has this amp been clamped by anyone? What were initial and final voltages, nominal impedance, and final impedance?
  19. It helps having that small box.
  20. If its too much, I could take care of those for you
