well if you get an suv its going to have more cabin space which would be its not going to get as loud. dont get me wrong suv's can get loud but saying using the same box and equipment it would be louder in the car.

If you seal off the trunk from the cab it will help alot!

with some pioneer products the rca outputs with start putting out really bad ground noise and you have to ground the rcas outputs your self on the head unit. mine just recently starting this problem...

Anyone know a couple easy thing i can check because my a/c hasn't been working in my car. now when i got my car it was in january but it the a/c was cold. then i put a my head unit in and my rear defroster didn't work. but never checked the a/c. now that its hot i tried using my a/c and it doesnt get cold. just blows warm air. anyone know anything i can check? or is it maybe because the wiring harness i used for my radio?

With doing a wall it cuts down the size of your cabin thus pressure building up easier, making it louder. im no expert by any means but thats the way i see it.

Im thinking of doing something like this. im having a hard time because of the window handle. damn manual windows :mad: I would just keep the surface semi-flat until the window handle can do a complete spin then bring the glass up to the speaker ring. Im probably loosing you guys but ill try it out and see if it works. lol. And i swear i couldn't keep the painters tape on that door panel if it where to save my life lol.
