If your cuts are right, wood glue and screws will be all you need. The screws will hold the box together until the glue fully dries. Use silicone on the edges if it's bothering you that much, or if you have gaps and don't have clean, straight cuts.

Wood Glue is the right answer.

Both subs should handle the power with a clean signal. Seems like some people say AQ's play better in the higher frequencies, then their are guys like Sanitarium who are playing extremely low in the teens and 20's. So I'm thinking that's necessarily true. Good companies. Good C/S on both parts. Also, their is a rule against "VS" threads.

I've noticed that guy, and it seems he just recently found a program and thinks he now as all the answers when building a box. He told one guy, his setup wasn't audible until 68hz. I'm not sure how he knew that. He must have some special program. And could make a good living giving advise to people before they waste all their money testing. Instead he can just give you the SPL and not waste anytime buildin or testing. Noticed that, too. Think he was the one the questioned the new 4th order in Mr. P's jeep.

yep after researching it i wrote it out like i just did. Decided to e-mail them and make sure my understanding was correct and they sent me a detailed diagram of how to do it. Could of saved me some time and headaches.

E-mail AQ and they will give you an exact diagram showing how to strap the amps.

Example of how I have my two Dual 2 ohm subs wired to strapped AQ 2200's. Sub one: positive of coil 1 to negative of coil 2. Negative of coil 1 to positive of slave amp. Positive of coil 2 to positive of master amp. Sub two: positive of coil 1 to negative of coil 2. Negative of coil 1 to second positive terminal of slave amp. Positive of coil 2 to second positive of master amp. Each AQ amp has two positive terminals and two negative terminals. First negative terminal of master amp to first negative terminal of slave amp. Second negative terminal of master amp to second negative terminal of slave amp. Bass knob hooked up to Master. RCA's from HeadUnit to Master. Master amp switched to master output. Slave amp switched to slave input. Rca cable connecting the master to the slave.

What's the voice coil configuration of your subs?

Hook the knob up to the master amp. There's a switch on each amp. Master output/Slave input. Select the master output for the master amp and the slave input for the slave amp. Run one set of RCA's to the master amp. Run a rca cable from the master to the slave amp.

Glue is possible. If its noticeably bad, its probably not glue.

Scope your head unit? Playing below tuning? How do you know it's 1800 clamped? Did you actually clamp it?

You buy 2/0 terminals. Local hardware stores have up to 3/0 that I have seen.

PM Rusty, Thor, or other DC dealers on here or call Rusty. Go to their site and get the number and call them tomorrow. I liked my W3's, but they can handle rated power and that's about it, where as DC's subs seem to be capable of taking quite a bit over rated.
