Loose connection/pinched wire in the avbm, is my guess. Look up a video of audiofanaticz. He shows an up close look at the avbm and how it's made.

It's bigger than avg ofc wire -
I know why he did it. Just seems like taking the easy way out for the designer, but in turn the builder has to cut 4 extra pieces of wood. Then you have to cut two 45's in each piece of wood, with no real benefit.
-
Do you have access to a TL?
-
He seems to think he's better than Joe. Not the first time he's put him down. Also didn't you, 412, put 45's in the sealed section of a 4th order design.

Go to the outside unit and in the middle of the model number there will be a 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, or 60. Divide 12 by that number and that'll be your tonnage. It's 102 here and mine is staying at 72 degrees and cycling properly. That 20 degree rule of thumb is just like the sq in of port per cube rule of thumb. If the system is sized right, the ductwork is put together properly, the duct is properly routed and sized, etc that rule of thumb can be thrown out the window.

Yeah it's one thing after another. Console, mirrors, dash bezel, now my roof. It's apart of it though. Are you allowed to run with your head liner out?
-
I have 2 layers of damp pro on my roof. Spray foam in the gaps. But my roof hasn't been holding up to well to the current setup. One of the cracks is now up to 8" long. 2 layers is the max allowed, right?
-
Yeah I was gonna ask him at the next show, but I'll just have to go another route

Thanks alpine

Are there any rules dealing with bed liner on the roof of a vehicle? Class is mod 5.

Well my roof finally gave up on me. I have three cracks ranging from 1" to 6". Only reason I bothered to look is because my score at a recent show was a full dB lower than normal and I demoed with the door open a few times. During my park and pound run my roof was looking really weak. What have you guys used to fix the cracks in the roof? Roof sealant didn't hold up to well last time. Probably gonna see if one of my grandads friends can get the welder ahold of it.

New box design, How's it look? ***changes made***

I trust myself and especially trust what Alpine and Ray say. There's more than a handful who have tested the 45's. I wouldn't use them. -
what causes pico fuse failure???

Hooking up your rcas to your amp before the ground wire. Always unhook rcas first and hook them back up last. -
Help me Sketch This Design (2 Havoc 12's)

And to piggy back off n8, the more room you have between the end of the port and back wall the better. Both for spl and quality of sound, in my experience. -

Depth of box is 28 Depth of port is 30 The port would have to bend. Typo? I'm on on mobile and the calc is small so I may have misread. -

I'd get some wire loom. Home depot, Lowes, etc will have it. -
