  1. prefab means buying a box as opposed to building one so any box that you just go buy would be a prefab. lol but based on that sentence just buy the one on ebay because you probably shouldnt handle power tools j/k lol
  2. IHMO i would check with some local shops to see what they would charge to build one, it dosen't look like a bad box, but that is one of those things you kinda need to see in person, because the wood that they are made of can be really cheap and brittle. Also (by the way im not bashing carpeted boxes) you can cover alot of imperfections with carpet, so if the panels aren't exactly straight it could leak but you wouldnt be able to tell by looking at pics because of the carpet. I am just wondering why you don't just build one? It would cost you around the same but you know that the work was done well. again just my two cents another thing if you are going to buy a prefab I would take these guys advice on where to get it.
  3. what he said ^^^^ plus stand alone ecu + guy who knows what he is doing + 4 wheel dyno = go faster
  4. make sure it is really clean, and if you are super worried about it sticking you can drill a few holes in the plastic that the bondo can bind into.
  5. One thing to keep in mind is that online classes are awesome for procrastinators, but suck ass for them as well. You don't have anyone to even remind you something is coming due. I have had 5 or 6 online classes, and they do help for those of us whos schedule keeps us off campus. Each class is different and so on, just like in the class room.
  6. if you are a certified welder, go to school to get A & P certified (aka licensed to work on airplanes) and then get certified to be an FAA welder, hello money.
  7. I moved out at 18, but I moved across the country. Living that far from home made me turn from a boy to a man real quick. I have since regressed back into a boy, I just know how to keep my money straight now lol BTW I am 28.
  8. why am I not surprised to see it parked at a trailer house? he's all hopped up on mountain dew...

  12. BTW it doesn't take all that long to do the fiberglass door panels depending on how crazy you want to get with them, just my 2 cents. That is really high though.
  13. It depends on how you are going to power them, but pushing them with what they can handle, of course 2 will be louder than one.
  14. I used to have the xd 40, and I heard really good things about the crossbreed, but I have no firsthand experience. You could check out some of the pro-shooters sites also. I know that alot of them you have to shoot from the hip so holsters become part of the game.
  15. you could put any engins/tranny combo in that you want, IF money is no problem. I say if money is no problem, drop a bugatti engine in it.
  16. yeah I am a noob and can write a 5 pager over the wiring options for 3 dual four ohm subs. lol, 5 pages aint much.
