exactly. its a 12k volt transformer. a sheet of plate glass 20"x20". a piece of expanded metal 17"x17" on either side of the glass. hook the transformer to the pieces of metal. turn it on. put a fan in front of it to disperce the ozone. i built a box to contain all the stuff and put the fan inside the box. it works well. one of my renters that moved out let thier cat shit everwhere. it cleaned it right up. at least the smell.

I built an ozone generator that looks similar to this, but a lot less complex. I used a neon sign transformer. Some of my employees used one of my spare vehicles to go down to the coast to go fishing, when they came back they spilt the melted ice in my truck. It stunk bad. Tried steam cleaning and everything else. Built the ozone generator and it cleared up the smell within an hour.

its been a couple of years back, dont remember what kind of truck, but i did one for an old friend that didnt have enough mounting depth. i removed the back seat, installed a piece of unistrut as a spacer for the existing bracket, and remounted. It gave me an extra 1.5" to play with. you can get different thickness though.

SMD does have alot of dealers here, but thats because this is the largest collection of car audio peeps. Am liking these alot. Can u give info of where u got or who built? Also, say my amp is 500 amp fuse rated. Normally I would use a 250 on each pos input. Would I use 125 on each of the four pos cables if I used these?

imo i wouldnt get those either. no tank, no specs for psi, etc. bought mine used from a budy for 150. its a hornblowers shocker series. i dont use it much, but its funny when i do. guy on side of road weedeating dropped his weedeater and ran. fun times.

you got it. ca(normaly red tape bottle) for spider, rubber (normaly yellow) for the surround and cap. ive done a lvl 2, several lvl 3s, a 4xl, and a lvl 5. all same procedure. unless im doing something wrong. its nothing to do different though.

ii just reconed my three lvl 3 15s with lvl 4 soft parts on carbon fiber dust caps. Haven't heard em yet, but they look bad ass. Had to wait 3 months for caps.

i ran six lvl 2 10s in a sealed fiberglass box on an optidrive 2k and it did realy well. it was roughly the same size as yours. but, i did mine for looks. if i was going for pure sound, i would upgrade to a large sub and less quantity.

Why no carbon fiber dust cap, I know u got it yesterday. That looks like a beast though.
