2ohm plus rise your prob seeing 4-8 ohms. not a lot of power

pull that one out and see if it is wired properly or if it has a ripped spider and check coils with a dmm.

No this is not correct. Just because you are running a higher voltage doesnt mean that it will support your amp better. ^^^ correct current/ amperage is more important than voltage. Its better to run at 12 volts with lots of current then to run 14/16 with a lack of current.
