they are the same type of battery, he only difference is in CCA which the original has like 120CCA and the battery which is comming has like 850CCA and a max of 3400A

12.xx with the car off is fine. With the car on it should be closer to 14.xx. High 13s are probably acceptable too. With a dead battery (or bad battery) it won't necessarily drop while the DMM is hooked up, it just won't hold a high enough charge. hey skippiJ....a side question...if you buy another battery for your car which has more CCA than the original battery...woulf it hurt the electronics of the car??

when a battery is dead i dont think you will be showin 12V or more...more like 8 or less

why would you run 12V amps that are rated at 14.4(most of em) to 16V battery which charges at 18volts?? thad would be a suicide to me....i mean for the amps
